My mission is to make the best out of life by enhancing my overall quality of life through my personal and professional development, sharing quality time with my loved ones, providing selfless support to others, taking strolls, traveling, and going on walks to enjoy the bountiful beauty of nature while improving my personal health, and making quiet moments for myself to mediate and reflect on the goodness of life and the blessings that I have been privileged to have.
As a graduate of the Class of 2021, it has been a tumultuous journey and I am excited to undertake my next adventure!
First and foremost, Thank you to the Most High who is the source of my strength, and my beautiful children who I love dearly and who patiently endured frozen dinners many days during this journey.
Additionally, I take this opportunity to thank my professors, UMB staff, field instructor, mentors, friends, and family who taught me, supported me, influenced me to do my best, helped steer my life in this wonderful direction, and cheered for me. You will be remembered long after graduation.
To my classmates, Congratulations on your well-deserved success! You will never be bored. You will never cease to be amazed at people's capacity for love, courage, and endurance, you will experience triumphs and failures. But most of all, you will step into people's lives and make a difference because that's what Social Workers Do - We Make A Difference!!!
